Reservations are required only for groups of 10 people or more.
Individual guests can visit freely without a reservation.

2. What are your business hours?

We are open every day from 9 AM to 7 PM.
During Gyeongbokgung Night Opening, business hours are extended until 10 PM.

6. What is the type and price of male hanbok?

Men’s hanbok prices are the same as women’s hanbok for each category.

7. How many sizes do you have?

• Women: 44 ~ 150 (S ~ XXXL)

• Men: 90 ~ 150 (S ~ XXXL)

We have a wide size range available, so feel free to visit.

8. Do you have hanbok for children?

Yes, we offer hanbok for children starting from age 1.

9. I don’t know how to wear a hanbok. Can you help me?

Yes! Our staff will assist you with fitting to ensure the hanbok suits your body comfortably.
We provide free help with dressing.

10. What items are free of charge?

We provide the following items free of charge:

• Inner skirt

• Locker room access

• Hairbands

• Two basic hairstyling options

11. Do you offer hair styling and makeup?

Yes, we provide a variety of hairstyling options and professional makeup services by certified makeup artists.

12. Is the locker free?

Yes, after changing into a hanbok, we provide a free locker for your clothes and belongings.

13. What if I return the hanbok late?

If you exceed the rental time, an additional 5,000 KRW per hour will be charged.
Please note that all rentals must be returned by 6:30 PM, as our shop closes at 7:00 PM.

14. Do you have discount events?

A 10% discount is available for groups of 10 people or more with a reservation.

15. Is Gyeongbokgung Palace admission free if I wear a hanbok?

Yes! Admission is free for anyone wearing a hanbok.
The regular entrance fee is 3,000 KRW.

16. What are the opening hours of Gyeongbokgung Palace?

Gyeongbokgung Palace is closed every Tuesday.
It opens at 9 AM, and closing hours vary by season (5 PM–6 PM).
